It's been one year since we share with you our Paelists, the monthly playlists of the workshop designed by the whole team to work with music.

For the first playlist of this new season, you have sent us the tracks that motivate you the most to go back to work in this month of September 2022. Thank you for your participation!

Paelis has the tremendous honor of being a new laureate of the Ernst & Young Foundation.

Created in 2008, the EY Foundation aims to recenter the society’s attention on the working human beings through human commitment by supporting projects calling on manual know-how, techniques and crafts and by acting in favor of integration through access to training and employment.

The EY Foundation works by according skills patronage from EY employees to selected project leaders.

Starting this year, the Foundation will support us through long-term skills sponsorship.

The Révélations fair, the International Biennale of Crafts and Creation, is taking place next week at the Grand Palais Éphémère from June 9 to 12, 2022.

We are honored and proud to announce that you will be able to find us on the stand of the Fondation Banque Populaire (stand F10) in the company of many talented winners of the Foundation.

You can also find at the PIASA stand (stand F25) with Uniò, a creation made in collaboration with Atelier Yszé, who will be put in auction on June 10, 2022.

The Label Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (literally Living Heritage Companies) has existed since 2005. The objective of this distinction, managed by the National Institute of Arts and Crafts (INMA) since 2019, is to highlight companies and workshops exercising industrial know-how or craftsmanship of excellence. Reward given for 5 years in eight fields of expertise (Industrial, medical and mechanical equipment, Tableware, Culture & Communication, Gastronomy, Architecture & Built Heritage, Fashion & Beauty, Furniture & Decoration, Leisure & Transport), obtaining it is an honor and a real recognition of French know-how.

We are honoured and delighted to be part of these "Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant".

It is with great pleasure that we participate in the 3rd edition of the Luxembourgish Fine Contemporary Craft Biennale entitled "Living the Material" which will take place from November 19 to 28 at the Palais 19Liberté.

You can find two of our original creations alongside the work of many talented artists and craftsmen.

We would like to extend our thanks to LL.AA.RR. Prince Guillaume and Princess Stéphanie for being at the origin of such a beautiful event, as well as Jean-Marc Dimanche, curator of this edition.

After 6 months of research, studies and experiments with various materials and different designs, we are proud to unveil the Take Away box of the Team France for the Bocuse d'Or final.

100% made from materials of plant origin, this box was imagined and designed by Paelis in close collaboration with the entire French team and their gastronomic expertise to be functional and reusable while remaining unique. It is a real luxury case that was designed to highlight the incredibly technical dishes made by a talented team, led by chef Davy Tissot and his kitchen help, Arthur Debray.

We are proud to have had the chance to accompany them to victory and to have been able to contribute to the return of the Bocuse d'Or in France… and even more, in Lyon!

Music is fundamental to the workshop. Whether happy or sad, thought-provoking or motivating, you can't work without humming a few notes on Joe Dassin's "Chanter sur la Colline" or singing at the top of your lungs the lyrics to "I Feel It Coming " from The Weekend.

From this year, we will reveal to you every month our "Paelist" including our most listened tracks while working in the workshop. For this fall, we have selected the favorite songs of each member of the team to create the very first playlist of a long series.
