In continuity with the atelier’s earliest approach, Manon Bouvier-Toth chose to give new life to a vintage clock table from the 1980s by reinterpreting it through straw marquetry.

A vintage piece reshaped through the light of straw
This coffee table immediately evokes the image of a sundial through its sun motif and the singular luminosity of the chosen straw. The material captures the light, nuances it and gives it back through a presence that feels both graphic and radiant.
A creation conceived between heritage and projection
The piece is reinterpreted through the techniques and plays of light specific to straw marquetry, but also through the vision of Paelis, that of creating works capable of linking past and future. It thus asserts a lasting presence, designed to endure through time.
